Job Description:
As an ERP Associate, you will be responsible for Implementing ERP/software systems across plant or warehouse operations, in coordination with Tech or Product teams. This is an execution-focused role requiring good Excel skills, computer proficiency, accuracy, and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implementation, adoption, and day-to-day usage of ERP/software systems across plant or warehouse operations, in coordination with Technology or Product teams.
- Maintain and update data in Microsoft Excel.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Create and maintain Excel trackers and reports for different teams.
- Consolidate data received from multiple sources into standard formats.
- Check data for errors, missing entries, and incorrect information.
- Maintain records of completed and pending annotation work.
- Complete assigned reporting and annotation tasks within defined timelines.
Qualifications and Skills Required:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 3 + Years of experience working in a plant or warehouse environment with a Technology or Product team, particularly in implementing, supporting, or using ERP systems/software.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Comfortable with formulas, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, filters, sorting, and data formatting.
- Good computer and software handling skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Comfortable working on repetitive data and image-based tasks.
- Ability to follow instructions and defined processes consistently.
