The role:

At MotorK, the NetSuite Developer plays a pivotal role in enhancing and maintaining the company's invoicing  systems to optimize business processes and support data-driven decision-making. This role is critical in ensuring seamless operations across various departments, contributing directly to the efficiency and effectiveness of MotorK's customer operations.

• Strong understanding of CRM and ERP systems, preferably with specific knowledge relevant to MotorK's tools (Salesforce, Netsuite, Dealhub).
• Understanding of subscription management principles and systems.
• Ability to analyze complex data and processes, identifying opportunities for optimization and efficiency gains.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, capable of addressing and resolving system issues effectively.
• Communication: Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in a similar role.

What you will do:

• Analyze and optimize invoicing systems functionalities to support business requirements, ensuring efficient and effective process flows.
• Provide ongoing support to ERP (Netsuite) and other related system (ie. Dealhub) users, resolving issues promptly to minimize business disruptions.
• Develop comprehensive documentation for invoicing processes and systems, and conduct training sessions for users to enhance system understanding and utilization.
• Create and maintain custom records, fields, forms, workflows, saved searches, and reports.
• Develop and optimize custom integrations between NetSuite and other internal/external systems.
• Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) for NetSuite projects, from requirements gathering to post-implementation support.
• Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for NetSuite issues and enhancements.

Work pattern and location

• 40 hours a week, Permanent Contract 
• Monday to Friday
