We are looking for an ERP Analyst (IFS) to support and evolve our enterprise systems. You will play a key role as a bridge between business stakeholders and IT, helping translate operational needs into efficient ERP solutions while driving continuous improvement across processes.

- Act as the functional lead for ERP systems, with a strong focus on IFS;
- Translate business requirements into system configurations and enhancements;
- Support daily ERP operations, troubleshooting issues and conducting root-cause analysis;
- Configure workflows, roles, and ERP functionalities;
- Participate in system upgrades, patches, and continuous improvement initiatives;
- Support testing activities including unit testing, integration, and UAT;
- Create and maintain documentation, including user guides and process documentation;
- Train and support end users to ensure strong system adoption;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (finance, supply chain, manufacturing, etc.);
- Identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements to business processes and system usage.
- 3 years or more of experience as an ERP / Functional / Application Analyst;
- Strong experience with enterprise ERP systems such as IFS, SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics;
- Experience with IFS (strong asset);
- Solid understanding of end-to-end business processes;
- Experience with ERP configuration and user support;
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills;
- Ability to translate business needs into system solutions;
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
Skills Required
- At least 3 years of experience as an ERP, Functional, or Application Analyst
- Strong experience with enterprise ERP systems such as IFS, SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics
- Experience with IFS
- Solid understanding of end-to-end business processes
- Experience with ERP configuration and user support
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to translate business needs into system solutions
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
