ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Enterprise Resource Planning Systems Administrator will be a key contributor to the development, administration, support, and ongoing optimization of our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system and related business applications.  This role requires a communicator with strong analytical and documentation skills to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions.  This role requires for technical design, configuration, and ensuring system performance, reliability, and compliance across core business domains including Finance, Global Supply, Manufacturing, and Logistics.   The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented and is eager to learn how complex data and processes flow across interconnected systems.

  • Act as a subject-matter expert for data flows and system processes across the ERP ecosystem. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into clear technical specifications and system solutions. Develop and maintain comprehensive system documentation, including SOPs and detailed process flows.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the ERP system, including system administration, configuration, troubleshooting, and providing technical support to end-users across all supported departments.
  • Design and maintain system integrations with other enterprise applications, such as Salesforce, RAMP, and other relevant platforms. This includes working with API and integration technologies, including EDI, SOAP, and REST APIs.
  • Ensure data integrity and apply required security to safeguard data assets and comply with internal policies, including SOX and ITGC.
  • Maintain strict adherence to best practices in data analysis, validation, and process flows.
  • Assist in creating systems diagrams based on data flows and provide input on potential changes to systems infrastructure. Create and update Systems Diagrams, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and Data Dictionaries to reduce knowledge silos.
  • Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for major upgrades and enhancements, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Lead and/or participate in major upgrades, enhancements, and implementations of the ERP system and related financial systems, ensuring minimal disruption.
  • Utilize SQL, Generic Inquiries and OData for large data volume analytics, data set reconciliations, and performance optimization. 

PERSONAL AND PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS: 

  • 4+ years of experience in an ERP Administrator, Senior ERP Analyst, Senior Business Systems Analyst, Solution Architect or similar technical role, with experience administrating, managing and supporting ERP systems, preferably in the Consumer Goods (CG) or Manufacturing space.
  • Deep functional knowledge of Supply Chain and Finance modules (inventory, GL, AP/AR, Manufacturing) in a mid-market ERP system (e.g., Acumatica, Dynamics 365, NetSuite).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a proven ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Demonstrated experience with data analysis, validation, and working with large data sets.
  • Familiarity with compliance standards, data governance, SOX, ITGC, or similar regulated environments.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to read and write SQL for analysis and troubleshooting
  • Experience with middleware tools (e.g., Mulesoft).
  • Experience working in cross-functional system enhancement projects or release cycles 

EDUCATION: 

  • BS degree in Computer Science or related engineering field, or equivalent experience

Salary varies by role, level and location, and is dependent on the cost of labor in a given
geographic region among other factors. These ranges may be modified at any time.
