The Senior Site Reliability Engineer at Juul Labs ensures operational stability and performance of hybrid cloud infrastructure, leads automation, and handles critical incidents.

Lead AI-first implementation and integration of Workday and ERP ecosystems. Build autonomous, resilient integration layers, ETL/data migrations, API connectors, AI-agent workflows, and automation using Python/JavaScript/SQL. Drive UAT, documentation, and post-go-live support while ensuring data quality and platform stability.

Hands-on leader owning CRM (Salesforce) and commercial systems roadmap, managing platform development/configuration, integrations, and vendor delivery. Leads a small team of admins/analysts, coordinates cross-functional stakeholders, oversees release management, documentation, training, and pilots AI use cases to improve sales effectiveness and commercial operations.

Manage end-to-end global product supply across contract manufacturers to optimize time-to-market, cost, capacity, and flexibility. Oversee launch execution, lead time reduction, cost tracking, should-cost modeling, supplier negotiations, capacity planning, contingency/risk management, and cross-functional continuous improvement using KPIs and ERP systems.

The Senior Mechanical Engineer will design and validate mechanical components, troubleshoot existing products, lead cross-functional projects, and collaborate with suppliers and partners to ensure quality and reliability in product development.

Serve as the strategic HR Business Partner for the Commercial organization, advising senior leaders, supporting sales-focused programs (incentive plans, onboarding), leading org design and workforce planning, driving talent strategy, performance management, and employee relations. Provide data-driven insights, deliver presentations, mentor junior HRBPs, and collaborate with L&D, Compensation, and Operations. Travel approximately 10–20%.

Build and maintain large commercial datasets and predictive/forecasting models (BigQuery, dbt, SQL, Python). Design causal and experimental analyses to measure promotion impact and price elasticity. Partner with commercial, finance, and executive stakeholders to inform pricing, distribution, and investment. Deploy LLMs and AI agents to classify unstructured data and build tools that democratize data access.

The Senior Mechatronics Engineer will design and develop automated test systems, collaborate across teams to meet engineering needs, and lead projects from start to finish, ensuring clear communication and documentation throughout the process.

Lead a distributed software engineering team to define strategy, roadmaps, and product requirements for customer-facing experiences. Drive AI-native adoption, align stakeholders on UX and priorities, conduct market research, use data to track product metrics, and communicate features to technical and non-technical audiences.
