KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- System Administration (SAP S/4HANA & SAP Concur)
- Oversee daily operations of SAP S/4HANA and SAP Concur, including monitoring system performance, managing upgrades, and coordinating maintenance activities.
- Maintain system parameters and configurations to ensure optimal functionality and performance.
- User Support
- Serve as the primary point of contact for end-user queries and technical issues related to SAP S/4HANA and SAP Concur.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system-related problems promptly, escalating when necessary.
- Data Management
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy across SAP S/4HANA and SAP Concur, adhering to governance and security standards.
- Collaborate with relevant departments to maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Customization and Enhancements
- Work with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for system enhancements, customizations, or process automation within SAP S/4HANA and SAP Concur.
- Oversee the deployment of new features or functionalities, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Reporting and Analytics
- Collaborate with business units to gather reporting requirements and develop dashboards and analytics within SAP S/4HANA and SAP Concur.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support informed decision-making.
- Security and Access Control
- Implement and maintain user access controls, role assignments, and security settings in both SAP S/4HANA and SAP Concur.
- Stay current with security best practices and ensure compliance with internal and external audits.
- Integration and Interfaces
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to manage data flows between SAP S/4HANA, SAP Concur, and other enterprise systems.
- Monitor and troubleshoot interface issues to maintain seamless data exchange.
- Performance Optimization
- Continuously evaluate system performance and recommend improvements to enhance speed, reliability, and user experience.
- Identify and address system bottlenecks and inefficiencies proactively.
- Documentation
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, processes, and changes for SAP S/4HANA and SAP Concur.
- Update and refine procedure manuals to reflect current business practices.
- Training and Knowledge Sharing
- Develop and deliver training programs or materials for end-users to ensure effective use of SAP S/4HANA and SAP Concur.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and best practices within the organization.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Proven experience in the administration and support of SAP S/4HANA and SAP Concur.
- Strong understanding of ERP best practices and business processes.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of data management, security, and compliance standards.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with integration tools and techniques.
- SAP S/4HANA certification is a plus.
