To support the development of Constructor Technologies ERP, C>O is searching for its ERP Sales Manager.
 
We are seeking a results-driven and experienced ERP (Acumatica based) Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the Asia Pacific region. As the ERP Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving the sales of our ERP software solutions to businesses in Asia Pacific countries. Your primary focus will be on acquiring new clients, expanding our customer base, and achieving sales targets.

For Malaysia/Indonesia/Philippines type of the employment is a contract.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to penetrate the Asia Pacific market, focusing on specific target countries.
  • Identify and engage potential customers, build relationships, and actively pursue sales opportunities.
  • Conduct thorough market research to understand industry trends, competition, and customer needs in the Asia Pacific region.
  • Generate leads, qualify prospects, and manage the entire sales process from initial contact to closing deals.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline, ensuring regular follow-ups and effective opportunity management.
  • Deliver engaging presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers, showcasing the benefits and features of our ERP software solutions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted sales campaigns, promotional materials, and sales collateral specific to the Asia Pacific region.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within client organizations.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts, reports, and market insights to the management team on a regular basis.
  • Stay updated with the latest developments in the ERP software industry, particularly related to Acumatica, and be able to effectively communicate these to clients.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 10 years experience in ERP/CRM sales
  • Proven track record of success in software sales, preferably in the ERP or business software industry.
  • Extensive experience in selling Acumatica and other ERP solutions is highly desired.
  • Strong understanding of the Asia Pacific market dynamics and cultural nuances, with previous sales experience in the region.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Examples of the deals closed with the reference letters.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with customers at all levels.
  • Willingness to travel within the Asia Pacific (and Europe) region as required.
  • Fluency in English is essential, and knowledge of additional languages spoken in the region is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
