The Equity Product Marketing Specialist will play a key role in developing and executing marketing strategies for our equity investment products. This role requires a deep understanding of equity markets, investment products, and the needs of institutional and intermediary clients. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with investment teams, sales, and broader marketing colleagues to deliver compelling content, product positioning, and go-to-market initiatives that drive business growth and reinforce our brand as a leader in equity investing. This is a global role, supporting our teams in NY, London, MENA and APAC.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute marketing plans and campaigns for equity investment products, including mutual funds, SMAs, and other vehicles
Partner with investment teams to translate complex investment strategies and market views into clear, client-focused messaging and content
Support sales teams with timely product positioning
Collaborate with digital marketing, compliance, and creative teams to ensure consistent messaging and adherence to regulatory standards
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and client needs to inform marketing strategy and product enhancements
Project manage marketing material through the development and approval process
Track and report on marketing campaign effectiveness and product engagement metrics
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Finance, Economics, or related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CFA, CIMA) a plus
7+ years of experience in asset management product marketing, with a focus on equity strategies preferred
Strong knowledge of equity markets, investment products, and the asset management industry
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with experience creating high-quality content for sophisticated audiences
Ability to distill complex investment concepts into clear, compelling messages
Strong project management skills and ability to work effectively across teams and stakeholders
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with CRM, marketing automation, and data visualization tools a plus
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Creative thinker willing to question existing models and propose scalable solutions
Excellent time-management, planning and organizational skills
Detail-oriented, self-starter and hardworking
Ability to prioritize and adapt
Ability to synthesize feedback from multiple partners and move projects forward
Strong written and verbal communication skills

Compensation Details
The salary range for this role is $130,000-$170,000. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. This range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in the job posting location. An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, business sector, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, market benchmarking data, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. This job is also eligible for a discretionary bonus, which, along with base salary and retirement contributions, is part of our total comprehensive package.
