We are seeking a skilled and highly motivated individual to join our Global Products & Solutions (GPS) team.
As a passionate Equity OTC Derivatives Sales specialist, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional client experience and driving business growth.
You will collaborate closely with traders, structurers, and a wide range of internal stakeholders, to design and sell, innovative solutions in areas such as cash extraction, yield enhancement, participation strategies, and hedging.

YOUR CHALLENGE

• Advising clients on bespoke derivative solutions, including Cash Extraction, Yield Enhancement, Participation, and Hedging
• Partnering with trading, credit, and legal teams to deliver seamless client outcomes
• Building strong relationships with relationship managers and institutional clients
• Structuring and executing complex trades, including cash extractions and stake building
• Identifying market opportunities and generating actionable trade ideas
• Delivering client presentations, producing high-quality marketing materials, and conducting domestic and international travel to strengthen client relationships
• Supporting the growth of the equity derivatives franchise and our automated OTC trading platform

YOUR PROFILE

• Proven experience in derivatives and client-focused roles
• Balanced skill set combining technical expertise with strong interpersonal abilities
• High energy, ownership, client focus, and collaborative mindset
• Strong communicator with sales acumen, networking skills, and attention to detail
• Skilled in options, market dynamics, and financial modelling; proficient in Excel, programming, and Bloomberg
• Fluent in German and English; additional languages a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or scientific field; CFA, CAIA, or FRM qualification is a strong advantage
