About the position
We are looking for an Equity Derivatives Sales Specialist to help our generalist Institutional Sales team in London with a broad range of efforts to grow our listed index options and futures business across EMEA, including the cross-selling of our U.S. listed options execution strategies to the EMEA client base.
Your work will include formulating and driving expansion strategy for the business, as well as joining senior client meetings set up by the regional coverage teams and initiating client interactions where appropriate. This includes representing Jane Street at industry events with some public speaking opportunities.
Jane Street is a highly collaborative work environment, and you can expect to work closely with our Infrastructure and various content teams to ensure our derivatives offering is well-presented and understood by clients. This, combined with your efforts to cross-train other sales team members using your expertise in derivatives trading and strategies, will ensure we remain a market leader.
About you
- 10+ years of relevant experience, ideally at a Tier 1 investment bank
- Knowledgeable about the European options client base with a focus on real money customers
- Willing to travel and be flexible with the duties of the role
- Knowledge in OTC derivatives and/or listed futures business is a plus
- Ability to speak any amount of French/Italian/Spanish is a plus
- Fluency in English is required
