We're looking for an Equity Administrator to own the day-to-day management of our equity programs. You'll administer equity in our stock plan system, manage the grant and approval process end to end, and serve as the go-to resource for equity questions across the company. You'll also support the accounting for stock-based compensation, working closely with accounting leadership for equity-related reporting.
What you will do
Administer equity programs and grants. Manage the equity grant and approval process from start to finish — preparing grant recommendations, routing awards for approval, and processing new grants, vesting, exercises, releases, and terminations.
Oversee daily equity operations. Maintain accurate participant, grant, and vesting records for all award types in the stock plan system.
Serve as the primary point of contact for equity questions from employees, executives, and internal partners. Support participant communications and education.
Maintain equity program controls and documentation, ensuring awards are administered in line with plan documents and approvals.
Own and maintain the equity administration system (Shareworks), ensuring data integrity and configuring the platform for grants, vesting, and reporting.
Produce equity reports for stakeholders — including grant activity, vesting schedules, and participant-level detail — and prepare data for audits, filings, and disclosures.
Support the monthly and quarterly stock-based compensation accounting process, including expense schedules, reconciliations, and workpapers, in partnership with accounting leadership.
What you will need to know/have
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field
3-5 years of experience in an equity-related role
Experience with equity administration systems (Shareworks preferred)
Experience managing grant and approval workflows and processing equity transactions
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to support employees across the organization
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment
Working understanding of stock-based compensation accounting concepts, with strong attention to detail and comfort reconciling data to supporting records
