Join a high-impact Equities Operations Transformation team shaping the future of Global Equities across Cash Equities, Equities Derivatives, and Prime Finance. As a Change Management - Vice President within the Equities Operations Transformation team, you will lead strategic change programs that improve operational excellence, resiliency, and scalability. You will translate business strategy into actionable initiatives, run stakeholder alignment and governance, and manage delivery end-to-end—from discovery through rollout and adoption—using data and AI tooling to accelerate insight, execution, and outcomes.
Job responsibilities
- Identify and prioritize high-value operational problems by embedding with Equities Operations teams to understand workflows, handoffs, controls, exceptions, manual workarounds, bottlenecks, and root causes.
- Use a forward-deployed delivery model to translate business strategy and frontline operational pain points into executable product opportunities, working directly with Operations teams to observe workflows, validate root causes, define user needs, and shape Minimum Viable Product (MVP) scope, success metrics, backlogs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and delivery roadmaps.
- Partner with Operations, Technology, Product and Controls to design, pilot, iterate, and scale practical AI, automation, workflow, and data-enabled solutions that are usable, resilient, and control-aware.
- Lead end-to-end delivery from discovery through design, build, testing, rollout, adoption, and benefit realization, managing scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, governance, and delivery cadence.
- Drive adoption and sustained behavior change through stakeholder engagement, communications, training, readiness planning, operating procedures, usage tracking, and reinforcement of new ways of working.
- Utilize data and AI-enabled delivery practices to size opportunities, monitor program health, surface risks, accelerate decision-making, and track measurable outcomes such as exception volumes, Straight-Through Processing (STP), rework, cycle times, defect leakage, control breaks, and key risk indicator (KPIs).
- Protect operational stability and control discipline by ensuring solutions include appropriate testing, release readiness, data quality, entitlements, auditability, exception handling, fallback procedures, and production support.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Strong financial services operations, transformation, product delivery, or technology-enabled change experience, within Cash Equities, Derivatives, Prime Finance, Securities Operations, or markets operations and//or post trade processes.
- Proven ability to work directly with Operations or frontline business teams to diagnose workflow pain points, define root causes, prioritize high-value opportunities, and deliver measurable operational improvements.
- Product-minded delivery experience, including translating ambiguous business problems into roadmaps, backlogs, requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, MVPs, delivery plans, and adoption strategies.
- Experience delivering automation, workflow, AI, analytics, data, or technology-enabled solutions in a regulated environment, with sufficient technical fluency to partner effectively with engineers, data teams, product managers, architects, and controls stakeholders.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, Agile delivery, and communication skills, with the ability to influence across Operations, Technology, Product, Risk, Controls, and senior management while maintaining a strong control and execution mindset.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- A product delivery and/or data and analytics background.
- Experience and technical knowledge of AI, payments, data platforms, and cloud (sufficient to partner effectively with engineers and make pragmatic trade-offs).
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Technology, Data Science, Engineering, or other related area.
- Familiarity with Business Process Management (BPM) tools/techniques for process analysis and documentation.
- Experience running stakeholder forums and cross-team governance routines.
