The HVAC Equipment Account Executive will drive sales in the Charleston, SC region by promoting Johnson Controls’ comprehensive HVAC solutions to contractors, consultants, and engineers. Building long-term partnerships and ensuring customer satisfaction are key to this role. You will:
Execute strategic sales processes to identify, qualify, and close on sales opportunities.
Own outcomes with accountability by managing sales goals and ensuring the highest level of service.
Focus on what matters by addressing customer needs and providing optimal solutions for their operations.
Improve every day by leveraging feedback, enhancing product knowledge, and adopting innovative strategies.

Required qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical preferred).
5+ years of successful HVAC equipment field sales experience.
Proven commitment to integrity, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Strong initiative and excellent interpersonal communication skills.
Hiring Salary Range: $72,000 (salary dependent on education, experience, and market alignment). Includes a competitive Sales Incentive Plan and comprehensive benefits package.
