Equipment Operators (Local Fort McMurray)

Ledcor is seeking Equipment Operators to join our team for ongoing maintenance work in Suncor Baseplant, Fort McMurray AB.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Safely and efficiently operate mid to large sized heavy loaders, telehandlers or excavators (20-30T)

• Perform pre-use inspections and equipment walk-arounds before operating

• Complete daily equipment inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns

• Adhere to all Ledcor, client, and regulatory health, safety, and environmental requirements

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience operating various equipment such as loaders, telehandlers or excavators

• Ability to operate equipment with precision and good spatial awareness

• Dependable, reliable, and able to work effectively as part of a crew

• Must successfully complete pre-access drug and alcohol testing

• Available for day/night shifts
