Equipment Team Leadership & Team Management
Provides leadership of equipment staff in both corporate and field locations directly and via direct reports. This includes staff planning, scheduling, training and development, performance reviews, corrective actions and coaching.
Oversea training for new staff utilizing the staff onboarding matrix to ensure the best possible initiation of new staff to PRE.
Develops and maintains a good working relationship with clients, subcontractors, vendors and co-workers to strengthen company position. Assists the site management team in displaying and promoting the company values and culture while representing the company in a professional manner.
In collaboration with department leadership, create annual budget and ensure operations to achieve objectives.
Equipment Team Operations & Coordination
Ensures compliance with company equipment policies, procedures, and asset management standards.
Monitors equipment utilization, maintenance, and cost control reports; identifies opportunities for improvement.
Partners with Operations teams to understand upcoming equipment and tooling requirements and ensure timely availability.
Coordinates equipment transfers, mobilizations, and demobilizations between projects as needed.
Works with Procurement to support vendor relationships, national account programs, and purchasing processes
Collaborate with project teams to resolve equipment-related issues and minimize downtime.
Equipment Management & Documentation
Maintains accurate equipment records, inventories, and asset management data.
Supports budgeting and forecasting activities related to equipment operations and maintenance costs.
Responsible for conducting regular audits and reporting to ensure materials needed for site teams are accounted for to prevent construction delays.
Assists in tracking equipment lifecycle performance and provides recommendations regarding repairs, replacements, and disposals
Safety & Field Support
Ensure a safe work environment by complying with and modeling the company’s safety policies as well as complying with federal, state and local safety regulations.
Promotes safe equipment operation and adherence to company safety standards.
Supports and models the use of stop work authority in warehouse and in the field.
