Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking Equipment Maintenance Specialists (Level B & C) to support our Production Equipment Maintenance Team in West Jordan, Utah and Salt Lake City, Utah.
Our teams are currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including Associate and Experienced Equipment Maintenance Specialists.
Position Responsibilities:
  • Performs maintenance on factory equipment
  • Troubleshoots, analyzes, inspects, disassembles, rebuilds, modifies and tests factory machinery and equipment as necessary using knowledge in areas such as mechanics, hydraulics, and pneumatics
  • Uses and interprets advanced blueprints and schematics to maintain and repair equipment.
  • Responds to requests for equipment repair
  • Maintains and manages component and replacement part inventories
  • Works under limited supervision

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
  • 3+ years of experience in equipment maintenance
  • 1+ years of experience reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications (e.g., blueprint/schematic reading, specification, change, design)
  • 1+ years experience using electrical test equipment and precision measurement tools

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
  • 3+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience using a CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System)
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting and operating PLCs
  • 3+ years of experience working with Digital Volt Meters (DVM), Oscilloscopes, AC/DC Power supplies, Frequency Generators, and/or Power Meters

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary Pay Range for Associate (Level B) $55,800 - $68,200
Summary Pay Range for Mid-level (Level C) $65,700 - $80,300
