Machine Inspection & Diagnostics:
- Inspecting equipment to identify faults, reduce equipment downtime, increase Mean Time Between Failure (MTBF) and reduce Mean Time To Repair (MTTR)
- Perform preventive/corrective maintenance and execute root-cause failure analysis (RCFA) to resolve equipment breakdowns and reduce downtime
Machine Maintenance & Repair (Included facilities maintenance):
- Performing routine machine preventive maintenance and fixing or replacing faulty parts, support equipment breakdown, preventive maintenance and machine troubleshooting
- Perform facilities preventive maintenance on plumbing, electrical, and HVAC equipment. Resolve daily maintenance service requests and perform routine repairs.
- Negotiate and manage contracts with external service providers
Machine Installation & Commissioning:
- Responsible for machine Installation, configure and commissioning, perform full machine operation and auto-control by following specification and sample provided
- Participate and support in continuous projects and programs within the team
- Support in new product introduction and development
- Follow strictly on department SOP to achieve high standard product quality
Documentation and Spare parts management:
- Logging service updates, diagnostic results, and parts used
- Spare parts and consumables inventory management
- TPM and machine downtime documentation
Compliance:
- Proper Housekeeping and observe safety regulations
- You shall always during the employment with the company, respect and comply with Thales security requirements during the performance of his/her duties
- You have the responsibility to understand and apply all rules concerning Health, Security and Environment (HSE) that are applicable to the position including use of products, handling and posture, operation instructions and personal protection equipment
- Other duties as necessary to maintain SLA and other specified department/plant objectives
Requirements:
Education:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical & Electronic, Mechatronics, or Automation Engineering
Experience:
- 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in light industrial production machinery in manufacturing environments
Key Skills:
- Strong troubleshooting capabilities
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical problem-solving, effective verbal and written communication, and ability to work in team-oriented environments
- Industry Certifications: working knowledge of OEE, TPM (Total Productivity Maintenance), Six Sigma and 5S methodologies
