- PURPOSE OF THE JOB (What are the end results or objectives of this position? Why does the job exist?) To provide administrative assistance to The Equip Network.
- ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES (What duties are required for the position to exist?)
- Answer initial inquiries and send appropriate information to potential Equip and Mentored Internship participants.
- Process, maintain, and ensure accuracy of registration applications
- Maintain CampusNet pages in collaboration with the Equip Network Coordinator
- Serve as a liaison between the Equip Office, the student body, and the churches or other organizations in maintaining partnerships.
- Maintain ongoing communication with current Equip and Mentored Internship participant liaisons.
- Develop and update Equip and Mentored Internship materials, including promotional materials and means in conjunction with our Communications Dept. as needed.
- Basic management of Equip promotional events in collaboration with the Associate Director
- OTHER DUTIES & REPONSIBILITIES (Responsibilities/important duties performed occasionally or in addition to the essential duties of the position.)
- Maintain appropriate files, manuals, reports, and information for student records and accreditation purposes.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Director, Associate Director, or Equip Network Coordinator.

- EXTENT OF PUBLIC CONTACT (Within and outside the Seminary)
- Contact with Equip partner churches and applicants, mentors, practicum instructors, and organizations.
- Work and communicate with Accounting Services Office, Registrar Office, AVPGTI Office, Distance Learning Office, Student Development, Faculty and Staff, etc.
