Join Equip Sport as a Marketing Intern
We are looking for a Marketing Intern to own the end-to-end marketing track of our hub rollouts and support ongoing partner relationships. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role sitting at the intersection of marketing, communications, and partner experience.

Tasks
1\. Hub Rollout Marketing
* Own the marketing workstream end-to-end once a city contract is signed - from launch planning through to post-launch communications
* Coordinate all moving parts for hub launches, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met
* Manage sticker production from brief to final approval, including design coordination and print quality sign-off
* Handle digital sponsor integrations: in-app CTA pages, "offered by" pages, map pins, and on-screen content
* Drive launch communications and PR, including all contractual communications to city and sponsor partners
2\. Partner Experience & Satisfaction
* Own the post-launch relationship with city partners and sponsors, ensuring ongoing satisfaction
* Support partners in data, health reporting, maintenance updates, and branding discussions
* Keep every active program visible and well-documented - ensuring strong partnerships that open doors to new ones
3\. Brand & Visibility
* Own Equip Sport's LinkedIn presence and broader B2B communications
* Maintain an up-to-date media coverage database
* Run a central marketing calendar and internal wins log to keep the team aligned and momentum visible
Requirements
* Young graduates or currently studying in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
* Highly organised with a strong ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines simultaneously
* Strong copywriting skills and an eye for clear, on-brand communication
* Comfortable working autonomously and taking ownership of a project from start to finish
* Confident communicating with external partners and stakeholders
* Detail-oriented, proactive, and reliable - you follow things through
* Experience with LinkedIn or B2B content is a plus
