Your Challenges:
This position is responsible for sales and business development of the entire Eppendorf product line that available in Singapore and as well as generating leads for automation and Bioprocess.
Undertake responsibility in all sales & marketing activities within your given sales territory in Singapore, including direct sales, local marketing and customer care. The main purpose is to keep high focus on all Eppendorf products to engineer yearly increases in local sales.
- Promote sales of the entire Eppendorf product range and services directly to end-customers in, but not limited to the following places: universities, research institutes, private laboratories, industrial and medical/clinical laboratories and Biopharma account
- Promote and ensure strong & widespread communication about promotions & extracurricular undertaken by the local marketing & sales teams
- Sell directly to defined end customers and manage the sales processes within the Singapore sales context
- Provide high level of customer care to customers within your given territory
- Conduct and/or organize product demonstrations to improve Eppendorf’s chances to close sales
- Conduct and/or organize other extracurricular marketing & sales activities within your given territory
- Actively obtain and maintain customer & market information for company database in the company’s CRM system
- Actively track and report about market trends, market potential, market share, competitors’ activities and performance, pricing strategies etc. within your given territory
- Make comprehensive and meaningful reports about own activities in the market
- Establish a constructive & cooperative relationship with customers, dealers and colleagues, and maintaining them over time
- Tasks:

- Maintain decorum in line with the Eppendorf brand image
- Actively solicit opportunities for business expansion
- Constantly upgrade own knowledge for personal development
- Analyses of sales strategies and distributors and propose actions for improved performance
- Assist the team to meet collective targets
- Maintain a positive & cooperative team spirit
- Share pertinent market or product information that could enhance the success of the team
- Maintain quality system in accordance with the local regulations or requirements
Your Expertise:
- Well Networked in cutting-edge life-science, biotech-industrial, pharma and clinical environments with a focus on the future
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in the English language
- Business acumen and experience in a matrix based organization
- Preferably 3 years work experience in Life Science industry.
- At least 3 – 5 years’ experience as sales roles
- Proven track record of sales achievement
