Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve growth targets in the assigned territory.
Build strong relationships with public sector institutions, government-funded research organizations, and academic institutions.
Drive value selling by positioning products and solutions based on scientific and commercial benefits.
Work on tender projects and execute it towards winning together.
Manage distributor network to maximize B2B opportunities while maintaining strong B2C account coverage.
Conduct customer visits, product presentations, demonstrations, and workshops.
Track competitor activities, gather market intelligence, and identify new business opportunities.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders (marketing, service, application support) to deliver superior customer experience.
Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline, and reporting.
Minimum 3 - 8 years of relevant sales experience in life sciences, government healthcare, or laboratory instruments/consumables.
Proven sales track record with strong target orientation.
Ability to engage with scientists, procurement teams, and senior decision-makers in public sector accounts.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong business acumen with ability to balance B2C and B2B dynamics.
Experience in handling public sector/government accounts will be an added advantage
Self-driven, proactive, and capable of working independently.
Master’s degree in Life Sciences (Biotechnology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, or related field).
