KEY RESPONSIBILITIES…
Project Initiation: Review the business case, clarify goals and approach, scope, resources and budget requirements.
Lead all elements of assigned projects to deliver the stated goals and objectives.
Manage project budgets up to $15M.
Align project changes, risks, and dependencies with the overall change management plan. Negotiate and manage trade-offs between time, cost, and scope.
Produce accurate and timely communications and reporting for all assigned projects
Lead or support governance meetings and reviews
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE…
Minimum of 8 years of project management experience. Customer-facing project experience preferred.
Demonstrable experience transitioning business processes and executing transformation projects
Experience working on global projects with internal and external stakeholders
Experience implementing or operating in a shared services model
PMP certification required. PMI-CPMAI or Six Sigma are an advantage.
Organizational change management experience
Flexible and adaptable to change
Comfortable with digital tools and learning new ways of working
High degree of personal ownership and accountability to consistently deliver results and prioritize work in a fast-paced and high-profile environment
