KEY RESPONSIBILITIES…  

  • Project Initiation: Review the business case, clarify goals and approach, scope, resources and budget requirements.

  • Lead all elements of assigned projects to deliver the stated goals and objectives.

  • Manage project budgets up to $15M.

  • Align project changes, risks, and dependencies with the overall change management plan. Negotiate and manage trade-offs between time, cost, and scope.

  • Produce accurate and timely communications and reporting for all assigned projects

  • Lead or support governance meetings and reviews

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE…

  • Minimum of 8 years of project management experience. Customer-facing project experience preferred.

  • Demonstrable experience transitioning business processes and executing transformation projects

  • Experience working on global projects with internal and external stakeholders

  • Experience implementing or operating in a shared services model

  • PMP certification required. PMI-CPMAI or Six Sigma are an advantage.

  • Organizational change management experience

  • Flexible and adaptable to change

  • Comfortable with digital tools and learning new ways of working

  • High degree of personal ownership and accountability to consistently deliver results and prioritize work in a fast-paced and high-profile environment

  • Demonstrates a strong willingness to learn new processes and skills independently

  • Exhibits critical thinking and problem-solving skills

  • Positive and professional attitude

  • Able to self-start effectively with ambiguity and varying levels of detail 

  • Able to work with virtual project teams to deliver internal projects 

  • Experience with online project management tools such as monday.com is an advantage
