Job Description
- Membantu APJ dalam monitoring pelaksanaan proses distribusi obat dan alat kesehatan sesuai SOP dan ketentuan yang berlaku.
- Membantu pemeriksaan kelengkapan dan kesesuaian dokumen terkait penerimaan, penyimpanan, dan pengeluaran produk.
- Membantu monitoring kondisi penyimpanan, termasuk suhu, kebersihan, keamanan, dan kondisi area penyimpanan.
- Membantu monitoring status produk, termasuk produk karantina, released, retur, rusak, kedaluwarsa, dan/atau produk yang memerlukan penanganan khusus.
- Membantu pengumpulan, pemeriksaan awal, dan pengarsipan dokumen terkait distribusi, seperti Surat Pesanan, faktur, surat jalan/SPTT, serta dokumen pendukung lainnya.
- Membantu monitoring kelengkapan dokumen pelanggan/outlet dan pemasok sesuai persyaratan perusahaan.
- Membantu proses penanganan retur, keluhan pelanggan, penyimpangan, dan ketidaksesuaian dengan melakukan pencatatan dan koordinasi kepada APJ/Quality.
- Membantu pelaksanaan kegiatan monitoring dan evaluasi kepatuhan terhadap SOP, CDOB, CDAKB, serta sistem manajemen mutu perusahaan.
- Membantu penyusunan laporan dan data terkait aktivitas pharmacy, quality, dan distribusi.
- Mendukung pelaksanaan audit internal, inspeksi, dan audit eksternal dengan menyiapkan dokumen/data yang diperlukan.
- Memastikan dokumen dan catatan yang menjadi tanggung jawabnya tersimpan dengan baik, lengkap, akurat, dan mudah ditelusuri.
- Melakukan koordinasi dengan Warehouse, Procurement, Sales, Customer Service, Quality, dan fungsi terkait dalam penyelesaian permasalahan operasional.
- Melakukan tugas lain yang relevan dengan fungsi pharmacy dan distribusi sesuai arahan APJ/atasan.
