Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate enterprise-wide Epic training schedules, course offerings, and enrollment activities.
  • Manage training logistics and administrative processes to ensure a consistent and positive learning experience.
  • Maintain accurate training records, attendance information, completion data, and reporting.
  • Coordinate communications related to Epic training, including registration instructions, schedules, reminders, and training requirements.
  • Partner with Epic trainers and subject matter experts to coordinate course materials, resources, and training environments.
  • Collaborate with clinical and operational leaders to understand training needs and support workforce readiness.
  • Assist with training planning for Epic implementations, upgrades, new functionality, and optimization initiatives.
  • Support the development and maintenance of training calendars, resources, workflows, and documentation.
  • Monitor training completion and identify outstanding requirements or potential barriers to readiness.
  • Assist with coordinating training sessions across multiple locations, departments, and user groups.
  • Support change management and communication efforts related to Epic system changes.
  • Help evaluate training effectiveness and identify opportunities to improve end-user education and system adoption.
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the Epic Training team and broader Epic implementation initiatives.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications

Required:

  • Associate degree in healthcare, information technology, education, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience coordinating training programs, educational activities, projects, or operational initiatives.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with clinical, operational, and technical teams.
  • Ability to work independently while also functioning effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Preferred:

  • Experience supporting Epic or another electronic health record (EHR) system.
  • Experience in a healthcare or hospital environment.
  • Experience coordinating enterprise-wide training or large-scale system implementations.
  • Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS), training registration platforms, or competency tracking systems.
  • Experience working with Epic training teams, application analysts, or certified Epic trainers.
  • Knowledge of clinical and/or administrative healthcare workflows.
  • Experience supporting change management, system adoption, or end-user readiness initiatives.

Compensation Information:$24.34 - $42.60

The hourly pay range shown represents the base pay range for this position. Individual pay is determined based on factors such as experience, qualifications, skills, and market considerations. In addition to base pay, eligible team members may earn additional compensation through shift, weekend, holiday, on-call, and other applicable differentials.
