Job Summary
The Epic Radiant Analyst is responsible for the design, configuration, implementation, testing, and ongoing support of the Epic Radiant application. This role partners with radiology departments and IT teams to ensure workflows are aligned with operational needs and Epic system capabilities. The analyst supports radiology processes, enhances system performance, and ensures compliance with applicable standards and regulations.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Monitor system performance to ensure reliability, accuracy, andoptimalfunctionality.
- Perform analysis, design, build, testing, and implementation activities for the Epic Radiant module.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for Radiant functionality, including scheduling, imaging workflows, and PACS integrations.
- Collaborate with radiology and imaging departments to assess needs and deliver effective solutions.
- Support ongoing maintenance, upgrades, and optimization of the Radiant application.
- Participate in cross-functional initiatives to ensure integration across Epic and related systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issuesin a timely manner.
- Develop andmaintaindocumentation for workflows, build processes, testing, and training.
- Ensure compliance with data security, privacy, and HIPAA requirements.
- Support interfaces and data exchange between Epic and external imaging systems such as PACS and RIS.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience with Radiology
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, IT, ora relatedfield preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Epic HB (Hospital Billing) or other Epicmodulesa plus.
- Previousexperience with EHR implementation or optimization projects.
- 2+ years of experience supporting Epic Radiant.

- Proficiencyin Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint

Working Conditions
- Primarily seated at a computer onsitelocatedat South Central Regional Medical Center
- May involve sporadic evenings or weekend work
- May involve occasional lifting of files or office supplies (up to 15 lbs.)
- Frequent interaction with operational staff and providers at both South Central Regional Medical Center/Clinics and the Community Connect Partners
- On-call responsibilities will berequired
- Hybrid work environment with 2 on-site days/week
