Superlanet is seeking an experienced Epic Lumens Analyst for our Texas-based healthcare client. This is a direct-hire, primarily remote opportunity with periodic onsite travel required. The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of gastroenterology and endoscopy workflows, along with hands-on experience building, optimizing, and supporting the Epic Lumens application.
- Configure, build, test, maintain, and optimize the Epic Lumens application to support gastroenterology and endoscopy clinical workflows.
- Partner with physicians, nurses, operational leaders, and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into effective Epic solutions.
- Support new implementations, upgrades, enhancements, and ongoing optimization initiatives within the Lumens application.
- Analyze workflows and recommend system improvements that enhance efficiency, quality, and user satisfaction.
- Develop training materials, provide end-user education, and support go-live activities.
- Troubleshoot application issues, perform root cause analysis, and drive timely resolution of system-related concerns.
- Participate in project planning, testing, change management, and cross-functional initiatives impacting clinical operations.
- Collaborate with other Epic application teams to ensure seamless integration and workflow alignment across the organization.
- Active Epic Lumens Certification or Accreditation required.
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
- In lieu of a degree, four (4) years of additional relevant professional experience may be considered.
- Minimum of 3–5 years supporting Epic clinical applications, including at least 1–2 years of direct Epic Lumens build and support experience.
- Strong understanding of gastroenterology, endoscopy, and procedural clinical workflows.
- Experience implementing, configuring, and supporting Epic applications within a large healthcare organization.
- Excellent communication, analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience supporting procedural and imaging-focused Epic applications, including Epic Radiant and/or Epic Cupid.
- Knowledge of Epic integrations, interoperability, and clinical workflow optimization.
- Experience participating in Epic upgrades, large-scale implementations, and go-live support activities.
- ITIL Foundation Certification strongly preferred.
Benefits
Salary based on experience. $100,000 - $115,000 +
