Responsible for the daily management of the EHR implementation training curriculum and classes in the Learning Management System (LMS). This position supports the EHR training team's needs by maximizing the use of the LMS and related processes. Additionally, this role serves as a subject matter expert concerning the platform's capabilities and the EHR Training Team's needs. In addition, this position works closely with the LMS team to ensure effective collaboration. Ensures the efficient delivery of training programs and organizational objectives.
Acts as liaison and coordinates closely between the LMS administration team and the EHR Training Team. Collaborates with EHR Training Director and Managers to establish reporting priorities and performance tracking.
Manages day-to-day operations, maintenance, and refinement of EHR content in the LMS for implementation and ongoing needs.
Runs and configures EHR training reports and distributes them according to the timeline established by EHR leadership.
Works with EHR and Market communications teams to ensure data accuracy. Familiarizes LMS Administrators on EHR content and builds within the LMS. Supports LMS Administrators in building audiences within the LMS for EHR.
Builds and maintains EHR classes and curriculum in the LMS. Performs routine QA of EHR classes and curriculum in the LMS to ensure accurate documentation of training completion.
Formats and uploads Epic’s eLearning modules in the remote content server.

Education:
Bachelor's in business or technology field [Required]
Work Experience:
2+ years of experience in LMS software administration [Required]
Experience with Epic, especially in Training [Preferred]
Experience with Shared Content Object Reference Model (SCORM) conformant instructional objects [Preferred]
Experience working in healthcare system IT or learning environment [Preferred]
LMS administration experience in Workday Learning LMS environments [Preferred]
Additional Information:
An equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of the stated degree requirement:
Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of experience OR
Associate's degree and 4+ years of experience OR
High School Grad or Equivalent and 6+ years of experience.

Pay Range:
$66,170.74 - $123,073.07Background Screening Requirement (Florida Law)
