As an Epic Senior Consultant, you will:
Lead clients through implementation, optimization and enhancements of their Epic EHR system ensuring alignment with organizational goals and clinical workflows
Partner with healthcare professionals, IT teams and other stakeholders delivering ongoing support of Epic Bridges interface and the Interface Integration Engine
Leverage your technical expertise to support Bridges interface build, configuration, testing and documentation of requirements
Analyze, advise and identify opportunities for system optimization and enhancement to improve efficiency and user satisfaction
Develop, test, maintain and support Bridges interfaces as part of the larger hospital system implementation
Requirements:
Must be certified in Epic Bridges applications, additional Epic certifications a plus
Previous experience with Rhapsody as Interface Integration Engine
3+ years’ implementation experience with at least 2-3 Go Lives providing leadership to large workgroups
2+ years of digital healthcare consulting experience
Project management skills with experience with Device Integration
25% travel required to client hospital in California
Undergraduate Degree (e.g., BA, BS) preferred
Current permanent U.S. Work authorization required
The estimated base hourly rate for Epic Senior Consultants varies based on experience, project engagement and client expectations. The actual rate paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This position is eligible to participate in Huron’s benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs.
