Job Posting:
- Manage the complete project process from award date through project closeout.
- Main customer focus is on the Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) business
- Collaborate with customers, vendors, contractors, and owners to ensure on time delivery.
- Develop and manage multiple project schedules.
- Monitor progress of overall construction activities.
- Lead calls with management to review job site issues, work schedules, sub-contractor performance, and workflow efficiency
- Organize and schedule regular vendor meetings which provide updates on deliveries, technical issues, documentation, etc.
- Organize and schedule regular customer updates on all aspects of the project.
- Review and approve suggested changes by either customers or vendors and coordinate appropriate updates to scheduling and other timeline activities.
- Experience in Industrial Inside Sales or Project Management. Minimum 3 – 5 years preferred.
- Previous experience and/or knowledge of EPC business preferred
- Knowledge of PVF materials and processes.
- Projects are mainly in the Power and Heavy Industry fields.
- Excellent attention to detail, accuracy and focus on quality output.
- Ability to interpret, analyze and evaluate commercial and technical specifications.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PDF software.
- Strong organizational skills
- Adaptability and flexibility to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with ability to coordinate several major activities simultaneously.
- Customer service oriented with excellent leadership and negotiation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interaction with all levels of the organization
- Team player with the aptitude for multi-tasking, meeting deadlines, and building relationships with team members, vendors and customers.

Pay Range:
-
$3,899.70 - $7,333.70-
Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
