His/Her mission is to build a robust, scalable technical foundation that supports our progressive transition from SmartPlant Suite.
1.Technical Leadership & Team Management
L3 team oversight: Lead a team of experts (mainly based in India but not only), overseeing complex ticket resolution, system upgrades, and environment synchronization.
Architecture Implementation: Work closely with the EPC Solution Architect to translate high-level designs into technical configurations within the Aveva structure.
Standardization: Define and enforce technical "Golden Rules" for database management, project setup, and multi-office collaboration (Aveva Global).

Migration Execution: Act as the technical lead for moving intelligent data out of SmartPlant and into Aveva, working in tandem with the SmartPlant Lead Admin to ensure data integrity.
Tool Development: Interface for the development of PML (Programmable Macro Language) scripts, .NET plugins, and automated report templates to meet the requirements defined by the Product Managers.
4. Operational Excellence
Availability & Performance: Ensure the Aveva suite maintains close to 100% uptime and optimal latency for designers across all global centers.
Security & Compliance: Oversee access controls, license compliance, and data backups for the entire suite.
Vendor Escalation: Act as the primary technical point of contact with Aveva Support for high-priority platform bugs.
