[EPC] Engineering Manager / Program Manager

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Program Manager to oversee and coordinate a portfolio of related projects for Automotive Platform Software. The Program Manager will be responsible for aligning program objectives with organizational goals, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful delivery within scope, time, and budget constraints. 

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Automotive Base Software platform program 
• Plan, execute, and monitor programs to meet strategic business objectives, coordinating multiple related projects.
• Define scope and deliverables, develop schedules and estimates, and lead program governance including risk and resource management.
• Represent the team as a technically credible counterpart, valued for content-driven discussions, especially with German stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with counterparts in Germany and India to strengthen partnerships and support business development.
• Mentor project leads, ensure alignment with organizational standards, and manage interdependencies across projects.
• Drive stakeholder engagement, lead steering committees, and ensure customer commitment to program success.
• Align program goals with business strategy, promote innovation, and identify opportunities for service or project expansion.

Must Have:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, or a related engineering field.
• More than 10 years of experience, including over 5 years in project management within the embedded systems/ IT field. 
• Expertise in software requirements, development processes, and the full project lifecycle.
• Proficient in V-Model and Agile methodologies for effective project execution.
• Strong business acumen, including experience in project sponsorship, steering committee participation, and strategic alignment.
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex, cross-domain, and cross-functional initiatives while managing large teams.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, for effective stakeholder engagement.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, or Asana.
• We are looking for individuals who are reliable, adaptable, open-minded, and eager to learn.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in automotive BSW
• Certifications such as PMP, PgMP, or other relevant credentials.
