EOS Leader

Major Accountabilities:

- Attend EOS Meetings to Communicate EOS System changes.
- Ensure EOS documents communication through all plant areas.
- Ensure EOS document control and records management through all plant areas.
- Development of competence of EOS Coordinator Team / schedule internal EOS Meetings.
- Report performance of the Quality Management System (EOS) and opportunities for improvement in particular to Senior Management.
- Coordinate Application of the Quality Awareness Survey.
- Communication with NA EOS in relation to relevant changes in the locality (Head Count, Clients, Status with clients, CSR, etc.) by means of an email.
– Ensure correct understanding and training to multifunctional team when there is DCR or new procedures.
