Role
As Genesis Energies diversifies our business offering in areas that compliment our existing focus we are growing our presence in the Power Generation sector with a key focus on the design review of major CCGT (Combined Cycle Gas Turbines) projects in The UK and internationally from our London office. Due to a number of ongoing proposals that are looking promising we are keen to hear from seasoned engineers across a number of disciplines that have experience on large CCGTs of 500MW or power and above to compliment the team.
The positions would be based out of London office on a contract basis, outside of IR35.
The disciplines that we are looking for include:
- Mechanical engineer (rotating equipment) – gas turbines / steam turbines
- Mechanical engineer (static equipment) – HRSGs, air cooled condensers
- Control & Instrumentation engineer
- Telecoms engineer
- Electrical engineer (CCGT plants)
- Electrical engineer (HV grid connection)
- Civil and structural engineer
- Environmental engineer
- Social performance specialist
- Loss prevention / fire safety engineer
- HSE engineer
- Piping and layout engineer
- Construction engineer
- Commissioning engineer
- Materials specialist

Skills Required
- Experience working on large combined-cycle gas turbine projects of 500MW or greater
