Job DescriptionWe’re seeking a dynamic and innovative Environmental Due Diligence Consultant and ESG Auditor with specific experience across various industries, including, but not limited to, manufacturing, energy, and real estate.
Our ESG-EHS and Sustainability Team is enrolled in complex challenges, by joining us, you will have the opportunity to work on diverse projects that will give you the opportunity to grow and develop your career.
The appointed person will be expected to have a key role in the team, with the following responsibilities:
- Supporting Client along the ESG HSE Due Diligence process (acquisition, merge, divestiture) following all the mandatory steps like desk review, site visits to identify potential liabilities due to past and current activities and write reports;
- Implementing ESG HSE Compliance Audit and HSE Program;
- Focusing on regulatory evolution, detect emerging obligation to comply with upcoming change reporting requirement;
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality audit and due diligence reports, with clear description of issues and actionable recommendations;
- Improve HSE management System of Client;
- Supporting consultant team along environmental operating permit applications (e.g. AIA, AUA, etc.);
- Supporting the Sustainability team for implement ESG due diligence, study and strategies;
We are particularly looking for candidates with the following:
- A Master’s degree in Engineering/Environmental Sciences.
- 3 + years of related experience;
- Fluency in Italian and English;
- Knowledge of National HSE law and regulation;
- Knowledge of ESG principles and regulation;
- Auditor qualification ISO 14001, ISO 45001;
- Teamwork capability, proactive attitude and goal oriented.
