What You'll Do
- Perform oil changes, tire rotations, and scheduled maintenance
- Complete digital multi-point vehicle inspections
- Inspect brakes, batteries, tires, filters, and fluid levels
- Assist certified technicians with repairs and diagnostics
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Follow GM and dealership service procedures
- Deliver quality workmanship while meeting productivity goals
What We're Looking For
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
- Passion for the automotive industry
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic automotive knowledge or mechanical aptitude
- Comfortable using tablets, computers, and shop equipment
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Automotive school or previous shop experience is a plus—but not required
