Develops product/ process to meet established requirements and maintains oversight and quality of existing packages. Develops recommendations according to the nature of the product, cost limitations, legal requirements, and the type of protection required, taking into consideration the need for resistance to external variables. - Design related document maintainance such as DFMEA, Design rule, new product development procedure.
- Prepare design related drawing such as lead frame, tooling.
- Prepare BOM related document.
- Other work tasks assigned by superiors.
Master's degree or above in Mechatronic Engineering, Semiconductor Engineering, or a related field.
Proficient in English with strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of conducting professional discussions in an international working environment.
