Boeing Global Services (BGS) is looking for an Entry Level Supply Chain Specialist to join our Global Warehousing & Logistics team in San Antonio, TX.

Position Responsibilities:

• Acts as a liaison to external customers, and internal stakeholders to ensure clear communication and collaboration.
• Supports the material and logistical needs for military programs across the supply chain.
• Manages material receipt issues by identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
• Analyzes inventory data to resolve discrepancies and maintain accurate records to support operational readiness.
• Works with 3PL providers on inventory issues to ensure supply chain efficiency.
• Addresses and resolves grief requirements to support seamless program operations.
• Monitors supplier performance and relationships to ensure delivery, quality, financial stability, and in-service performance.
• Identifies and mitigates risks and issues within the supply chain

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• Experience in Supply Chain
• Experience in collaborative problem solving, building lasting relationships & proficiency in written and verbal communication
• Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience using advanced features in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, and Power Point (Data validation, VBA, Pivot tables, Index/Match, Conditional formatting, Offset)

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• 3+ years of experience in Supply Chain role 
• 3+ years of experience using Communication skills to collaborate effectively written and verbally 
• 3+ years of experience utilizing Microsoft Office Suite 
• 3+ years of Advanced Excel Skills (Data validation, VBA, Pivot tables, Index/Match, Conditional formatting, Offset)
• Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Supply Chain, Business or other related field

Summary Pay Range: $53,550 - $72,450
