At Avidyne, every long-term customer relationship begins with just one conversation. We prioritize building these relationships with the same care and dedication we apply to our avionics products.
We are seeking an Entry-Level Sales Specialist eager to learn the fundamentals of lead generation, qualification, and CRM management in the general aviation avionics industry. You will work directly with our sales and marketing team to develop the skills necessary for a successful career in sales.
What You'll Own
As a Sales Specialist, you'll work with marketing to execute outbound lead generation campaigns and serve as the first point of contact for many prospective customers, identifying and engaging aircraft owners to qualify them as sales leads.
You will verify aircraft ownership details, model and year information, current navigation equipment specifications, and upgrade eligibility through research and direct customer contact, then provide the sales team with qualified leads and accurate contact and opportunity information.
On the CRM side, you'll enter and update lead information, contact details, and interaction history, and help keep every customer record accurate, complete, and consistent. You'll also help refine our CRM processes and data fields, and generate reports that track lead conversion rates, activity metrics, and pipeline status for the sales team.

What We Do
For over 25 years, Avidyne has been inventing new ways to make flying easier for pilots who fly small planes, business jets, helicopters and advanced air mobility aircraft. With all phases of design and manufacturing done in the USA we are headquartered in Melbourne, FL and have additional facilities in Westerville, OH, and Concord, MA. Experienced entrepreneur and pilot Dan Schwinn founded Avidyne in 1994 with the mission of modernizing GA avionics with technology that improved safety and increased aircraft utility and value. “As a pilot and aircraft owner, I was struck by how little GA cockpits had changed over the last thirty years,” said Schwinn. “I saw huge potential to develop a core technology and define a new generation of avionics that improve flight safety.”
