About the Role
We’re growing our team at Common Good and are hiring full-time Sales Associates at our Brentwood office in Burnaby. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is motivated, people-focused, and eager to make a difference through meaningful sales work.
You’ll be representing trusted nonprofit organizations through residential outreach, inspiring donors to support important causes.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct door-to-door outreach in residential neighborhoods.
- Represent well-known charities and explain campaign objectives.
- Inspire donor support and help drive positive social impact.
- Work toward individual and team-based goals.
What We're Looking For
- Excellent verbal communication and a friendly, engaging approach.
- Ambitious, coachable, and driven by results.
- Full-time availability (Monday to Friday, 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM).
- Must be legally able to work in Canada and pass a criminal background check.
