We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Receptionist to support our management team, front-desk operations, and the Client Services & Education teams. This role is essential to creating a positive experience for clients, guests, and staff while keeping daily operations running smoothly. If you enjoy helping people, staying organized, and working in a fast-paced team environment, this position is a great fit.

What You’ll Do

  • Serve as part of the front-desk team, greeting visitors, answering calls, and ensuring a welcoming office environment.
  • Support CU*Answers Officers, Management, and the Client Services & Education teams with a variety of administrative tasks.
  • Partner with your supervisor to manage daily responsibilities and provide backup support to other Administrative Assistants.
  • Assist the Facilities Team with general office maintenance and delivery needs when required.
  • Maintain a positive, professional attitude and contribute to a cooperative team culture.

What You Bring

  • High school diploma or equivalent and 1–2 years of administrative or customer service experience is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent typing, phone, and general clerical skills.
  • Strong organization, accuracy, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and take initiative.
  • Friendly, positive attitude and strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with both clients and internal staff.
  • Discretion with confidential or sensitive information.
  • Reliable, consistent attendance is a must.
