Roles and Responsibilities
Work in an operations team supporting requests related to project lifecycle.
Understand customer tools and gain expertise on using those.
Create excel reports related to various requests.
Required Skills
Experience: 0 – 1 years (Internship project experience accepted)
- Proficient in English and Spanish
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Customer Service Experience
Desired Skills
- Exposure to any ticket management tool like Service Now, Jira etc.
- Prior experience of support operations
- Hands on experience in Microsoft Excel- preferred
Education: College degree or equivalent.
