This is a full-time on-site role.
Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Paralegal to join our fast-paced Pennsylvania Service team. As a Paralegal, you will play a critical role in supporting our attorneys in all aspects of service documents related to Pennsylvania foreclosures.
Responsibilities:
• Assist attorneys in preparing and filing legal documents, including motions and pleadings.
• Manage and organize case files, including electronic and physical documents.
• Communicate with sheriff’s and court personnel professionally and effectively.
• Perform administrative tasks as needed to support the service team.
Requirements:
• 1+ years of experience as a paralegal.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of Pennsylvania Service procedures is preferred.
