Entry Level Marketing & Promotions Associate

We are on the lookout for an entry level Marketing & Promotions Associate to join our rapidly growing event marketing firm and take our clients by storm. We are renowned for providing marketing management and sales consulting services to local consumers on behalf of our clients. Our proven face to face approach identifies and develops new streams of revenue for clients through on-site marketing promotions and sales lead generation campaigns with a personal touch. Every marketing and sales campaign is executed uniquely for each client's researched target market.

Our Marketing & Promotions team is in need of self-motivated individuals to assist in the growth of our new event marketing campaign. The Marketing & Promotions Associate is considered to be a crucial member of the Marketing & Promotions team and reports directly to senior management. We are looking for someone who is ready to make an impact on a brand with a new and innovative perspective! 

Marketing & Promotions Associate Responsibilities:

• Process and generate home designer leads through effective consumer interactions at live events
• Process, generate and track sales leads and customer acquisition 
• Represent our clients’ brands professionally at all times
• Utilize a face to face customer approach to resolve customer issues, answer customer inquiries, and generate new sales opportunities
• Serve as an enthusiastic member of the Marketing and Sales team through the support and execution of all event promotions and sales lead generation activities

All of our Marketing & Promotions Associates receive a hands-on training approach that will challenge our team members. We encourage all of our staff to learn marketing, lead generation, sales, event processes, and management strategies. We are looking for Marketing & Promotions Associate with various backgrounds such as:

• Experience in Marketing, Sales, Business Development, Events, Promotions, or Customer Service
• College degree is preferred but not required
• Confident in a team environment and eager to bring a new perspective 
• Proven ability to market products efficiently 
• Outgoing, energetic, and positive while interacting with consumers and team members
