- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Advertising, Communications, or related field preferred
- OR 1–2 years of experience in marketing, promotional events, sales, advertising, or customer-facing roles
- Internships or prior entry-level marketing experience also considered
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational, planning, and multitasking abilities
- Self-driven, goal-oriented, and motivated to achieve results
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends for events
- Strong time management skills with ability to follow schedules and deadlines
- Passion for customer service, community engagement, and nonprofit support
- Positive mindset, eagerness to learn, and team-oriented attitude
