Role Overview: Possibility in Your Hands
Join Amcor as a Thermoforming Packer and play a vital role in ensuring our products meet the highest quality standards. In this role, you’ll carefully inspect, pack, and support thermoforming operations to keep production running smoothly. You’ll be part of a team that values safety, quality, and teamwork while helping deliver packaging solutions that make a difference.
Schedule
Shift: 12-hour 2-2-3 days or night shift (7:50– 7:50)

Job Description: Possibility Unpacked
What you’ll do:
Follow all safety and 6S guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.
Review packing specifications at the start of each shift or new job.
Perform required hourly checks (visual inspections and stack counts).
Inspect thermoformed parts for defects and replace non-standard parts.
Place parts/sheet material in proper containers for regrind.
Maintain cleanliness of thermoforming and packing areas.
Assist with machine changeovers, audits, and quality checks.
Perform spec tests and sorting as directed by supervisor or QA.
Support team members and complete additional tasks as assigned.
Follow GMP, GFSI, and Amcor policies and procedures.
What We Want From You: Lead the Pack
Preferred qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
Effective interpersonal and communication skills
Strong organizational skills and self-motivation
Basic math and computer skills
Ability to work weekends as needed
Team-oriented mindset and commitment to safety and quality
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand for 12-hour shifts
Ability to work in hot and cold environments
Push, pull, bend, twist, and lift up to 50 lbs.
