This role is ideal for new college graduates who are eager to apply their academic knowledge in a semiconductor manufacturing environment. As part of the Assembly Engineering team, entry-level engineers will support key projects focused on process and cost improvement. They will work closely with experienced mentors, gain hands-on experience in production operations, and develop core engineering skills while contributing to high-impact initiatives that improve quality, productivity, and cost.
ResponsibilitiesRESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support project-specific initiatives such as establish standard process for SPC1 and SPC2.
- Create, analyze, and review technical charts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sustaining engineering, quality, and production.
- Analyze data and provide insights to improve process stability, productivity, and cost efficiency.
- Participate in continuous improvement and lean manufacturing activities
