Position Overview:
As an Entry-Level Leadership Development Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting leadership training initiatives that foster team growth, skill development, and personal empowerment. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about leadership development and want hands-on experience in creating impactful training programs and team management strategies. This role will set the stage for future career growth in leadership within the nonprofit sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in Leadership Development Programs: Coordinate and support the delivery of leadership training initiatives, helping team members develop essential leadership skills.
- Support Training Design & Implementation: Help design and execute training sessions, workshops, and team-building activities that promote professional growth.
- Track and Report Progress: Help track the success of leadership programs by assessing progress, providing feedback, and preparing regular reports for senior leadership.
- Contribute to Training Materials: Assist in the creation of resources, training content, and materials to enhance leadership development.
- Administrative Support: Provide support in scheduling, tracking attendance, and preparing leadership development reports.
- Collaborate with Senior Leadership: Work closely with senior leadership to identify areas of improvement and growth opportunities for team members.
- Mentoring & Coaching: Assist in mentoring new team members, helping them grasp leadership principles and integrate them into their roles.
- Evaluate Program Effectiveness: Help monitor and assess the effectiveness of leadership training programs, offering suggestions for improvement.
- Participate in Team Meetings: Contribute to team discussions and provide input on strategies to improve leadership engagement, team dynamics, and overall organizational performance.
