Open Positions:
- Technology Business Analyst: As a Tech BA, you'll bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions. You'll analyze requirements, document processes, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver impactful outcomes.
- Java Developer/Software Engineer: If you're a coding enthusiast, join us as a Java Developer and contribute to building and maintaining high-performance applications. You'll work with cutting-edge technologies in a collaborative and agile environment.
What We're Looking For:
- General Requirements (Both Roles):
- Recent graduates with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for technology and a desire to learn and grow.
- Prior internship or work experience in a technology-related field is a plus.
- Technology Business Analyst:
- Foundational knowledge of business analysis methodologies and techniques.
- Experience with requirements gathering and documentation.
- Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Ability to translate business needs into technical specifications
- Java Developer/Software Engineer:
- Solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles.
- Proficiency in Java programming language.
- Familiarity with relevant frameworks and technologies (e.g., Spring, Hibernate).
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
