Job Description:

Supports multiple HR/HCM applications and technologies Completes HRIS-related activities including defining requirements, system configuration, data conversion, functional specifications, program and system quality testing, go-live, and post go-live implementation support. Resolves cases within Workday Help or ServiceNow as assigned. Performs testing in partnership with the IT, and Security teams. Provides technical support and troubleshooting for HCM systems and applications. Assists in the development and maintenance of HCM system documentation and user guides. Participates in HCM system upgrades and enhancements. Collaborates with HR and IT teams to identify and resolve system issues. Ensures data accuracy and integrity within HCM systems through regular audits and data validation. Acquire, maintain and increase knowledge of AdventHealth HR/PR business processes and practice requirements, including; applications, technology, policies, procedures and applicable HR/PR laws to anticipate and define application design needs. Demonstrate ability to learn quickly and complete tasks paying significant attention to detail and responding to issues with a sense of urgency. May occasionally be required to be “on-call” or travel to support HRIS initiatives. Other duties as assigned.
