Overview:
The Expeditor has responsibility for handling scheduling and disposition of materials, communicating with travel personnel, vendors, and others to facilitate the movement of materials to and from the site.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Schedules and coordinates helicopter flights.
- Manages incoming and outgoing materials and manifests.
- Communicates with vendors on materials issues and with service personnel for travel.
- Communicates with beach side expediter in the transfer of materials onto the boats.
- Prepares a daily report describing the work completed that day.
- Attends all safety meetings.
- Observes and follows all safety rules and procedures, including wearing required personal safety equipment.

Education and/or Experience:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Two years of college or technical school is highly desirable.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Should be proficient with Microsoft Suite of products including, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Must demonstrate a good attitude and ability to work as a member of a Team.

Work environment may have fumes or airborne particles. Noise level is loud and protective devices are required to avoid injury when working in these areas.
